Half Timbered Cowl Knitting Pattern
I have always been a fan of half-timbered houses. The mixture of visible wooden beams and brick/stucco on the facade of these structures will forever feel like home - a part of Bavaria, Germany, called Franconia - to me. Some plain, some intricate, all enduring, and a testament of craftsmanship. There’s nothing quite like building something with your own two hands, is there?
My half timbered series of knitting patterns is a tribute to this style of architecture and offers the essence of it in knitting patterns - both plain and intricate, and a chance to practice your craft and end up with a knitted item that you will be able to enjoy for a long time.
